Images and media are licensed exclusively for marketing the specific property photographed.
The license is non-transferable and may not be reused for another property without written permission from Ace BM Media.
Images may not be provided, sold, or transferred to third parties (including staging companies, designers, architects, builders, or other agents) without prior written consent.
Ace BM Media retains the copyright to all images and media unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The property should be photo-ready upon the photographer's arrival. Significant delays or return visits due to the property not being ready may incur an additional fee.
Standard editing includes color correction, exposure balancing, perspective correction, small object removal and other basic enhancements. Additional editing services, such as virtual staging, object removal, or extensive retouching, will incur additional charges.
Matterport hosting is included for 6 months from the date of delivery. Continued hosting beyond this period is available for an additional fee.
Exterior photography and drone services are weather permitting and may be rescheduled at no additional charge if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.
Final edited media will be delivered digitally within the agreed turnaround time.
